State-certified technicians, electronic calibration reports, on-site and depot service, and a phone that gets answered around the clock. On the equipment we sold you, and on the equipment you already had.
All of our scale and balance calibrations are done by state-certified calibration technicians using an all-electronic system. Reports are sent through the X-Calibar electronic scale calibration system.
What was tested, what was found, what was adjusted — issued through X-Calibar and kept on record.
The calibration is performed and signed off by a technician certified by the state.
Every scale carries its own sticker, so anyone on the floor can see when it was last done.
Tested through its working range with known weights, not just zeroed and signed.

Calibration by state-certified technicians, on-site across Connecticut and the Northeast, with an electronic calibration report and a sticker on every scale.
Load cells, junction boxes, cabling, indicators, printers, and enclosures — repaired, recalibrated, and documented before they go back on the floor.
We come to the plant, or the equipment comes to us in Bethel — whichever gets the scale back into service sooner.
Round-the-clock access to a technician who knows the equipment, for when the line stops outside business hours.
Every digital scale has its own button sequence, and the manual is never where you need it. We keep our technicians' procedure notes online — 58 procedures across 26 manufacturers, free to use and no sign-up.
Every calibration is carried out by a state-certified calibration technician using an all-electronic system. You receive an electronic calibration report through the X-Calibar scale calibration system, a calibration sticker on each scale, and a record of the scale testing performed.
The report documents what was tested, what was found, and what was adjusted, so you have the evidence on file. What that record needs to satisfy — a customer audit, an internal quality programme, a regulator — depends on your own requirements, and we will tell you plainly what our record does and does not cover.
We are based in Bethel, Connecticut, and cover Connecticut and the surrounding Northeast for on-site calibration and repair. Equipment can also be brought to us for depot service where that is faster or cheaper than a site visit.
If you are outside the region and running a system we built, call us anyway — a great deal of what goes wrong is diagnosable and fixable remotely.
Yes. Our technicians calibrate and repair the lines we carry — Rice Lake, A&D, Digi, Ohaus, and Totalcomp — and most equipment we did not supply. The calibration procedure library on this site covers 26 brands precisely because plants run mixed fleets.
It depends on how hard the scale works, how much a wrong weight costs you, and what your own quality programme or customers require. A packing-room bench scale running every shift is not on the same interval as a receiving floor scale used twice a week.
Tell us how the scale is used and we will recommend an interval. We do not set your compliance policy — we make sure the calibration behind it is done properly and documented.
A stopped line does not wait for business hours. Round-the-clock access to a technician for consultation means you can get a person on the phone who knows the equipment when something halts at two in the morning.
On-site attendance is scheduled separately — consultation is the part that is available around the clock.
Both. Industrial scale repair is a large part of what the service department does — load cells, junction boxes, cabling, indicators, printers, and the enclosures around them. After a repair the scale is recalibrated and documented before it goes back to work.
