How to calibrate a Transcell scale.

1 calibration procedure for Transcell indicators, balances, and scales, from our technicians' notes.

Reference only. Every digital scale has a different sequence of buttons to calibrate it, and most need a known calibration weight — typically calibrating at both zero (dead load) and span (the known-weight portion). Have a known weight ready before you start. These instructions are provided for reference only and Progressive Scale takes no responsibility for their use. Scale Indicator

Transcell TI-500E

Turn Off Scale. Throw Switch on back of scale. Turn On Scale. F1 press right arrow till F16. Press Down Arrow. C0 Press Zero Key. Press Net/Gross. Says Set. F17 with right arrows. Arrow down. C1 then flash 0. Add calibration weight. Change weigh using arrow buttons. Press Gross/Net end C1 Turn off and throw switch back
