How to calibrate a Vibra Screw scale.

1 calibration procedure for Vibra Screw indicators, balances, and scales, from our technicians' notes.

Reference only. Every digital scale has a different sequence of buttons to calibrate it, and most need a known calibration weight — typically calibrating at both zero (dead load) and span (the known-weight portion). Have a known weight ready before you start. These instructions are provided for reference only and Progressive Scale takes no responsibility for their use. Filling System

Vibra Screw Filling System

Throw cal switch on dip switches located at the bottom of aluminum box. Press mode to get to gross mode press the 8 button (also says cal). Displays SPCd press enter enter 5321 then enter setup press enter till cal press enter Hd Cal Press enter "Zero" displays press enter "-" displays press test clr 0.0 displays press enter span displays place calibration weight on scale press enter "-" displays press test/clr enter calibration weight press enter lincor press enter 0.0 displays press enter return displays press enter end cal displays press enter switch back
